Community Leaders are central to the design and the success of the WITS Programs. You help unite schools, families, and communities in creating safe environments. Whether you are a respected elder, first responder, local sports hero, mayor, or other prominent community member, you are a positive role model who lives a lifestyle of kindness while helping others. Whatever role you play in your community, your commitment to helping children makes you a hero.
Helping prevent bullying and end peer victimization is important work, but that doesn’t mean it has to be serious. As you explore this site, we hope you’ll be inspired by creative ways you can involve your whole community in at the WITS Welcoming Assembly, Tug-Of-Help Assembly, and in classroom visits.
